Successful delivery of UCS & Pylon stand
In September we supplied two brand new Under Cowl & Pylon stands for the A350 to one of our valued customers. The UCS & Pylon stand is a multifunctional stand that fits under the cowlings and gives access to the pylon as well (when the cowlings are closed).
Optimal safe and ergonomically reliable working area
The UCS & Pylon stand is specially designed for inboard and outboard engine access. The work platform is height adjustable to create and optimal, safe and ergonomically reliable working area for maintenance engineers.
The slidable floor makes performing engine maintenance safe at all locations. The difficult to reach engine cowling hinges are easily and safely obtainable.
The UCS & Pylon stand is designed for several wide body engines. Instead of using three stairs (left & right side and pylon stand) only one stand is needed. Thereby less space is needed in the hangar and it will reduce the costs. The UCS & Pylon stand fits the A350, B777 and B787.
