Hangars are full of equipment. Lack of space is an issue. There-fore, NIJL stands and docking systems are designed to cater for several aircraft types, so less equipment is needed in the hang-ar when performing maintenance to different aircraft types.
Besides this, a fixed docking system is not always the best prac-tice within the hangar.
